How To Pick Your Size

Step 1: Place a piece of paper on the ground against a wall, then step onto it with your heel against the wall. Draw a line where your longest toe ends, then measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat with your other foot.

Step 2: Add 0.8 - 1.5 cm (0.3 - 0.59 inches) to the total length of your foot to ensure enough room for your toes. Compare these measurements with our insole length to choose the ideal size for you. If you are between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size.

Step 3: Insoles can assist with creating the perfect fit. If shoes feel tight, removing the insole can create more space. Removing the insole from shoes that feel too small when trying them on can make a difference if you’re in between sizes.
